From the second we walked in the front doors until we left the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The suites we booked were perfect and very spacious. They even had stuff we forgot and needed! The front desk people asked about our adventures of the day and gave great suggestions for things to do/try in the area. It was our first time in Michigan, and we all agreed (even teenagers) that we definitely will be back!

The breakfast was pretty tasty. I really enjoy hotels that have a make your own waffle station. There was also a nice setup for oatmeal, yogurt and various toppings to customize however we wanted. A case was provided that had biscuits (American) and basic cheese omelettes as well as fancier omelettes with veggies. There were 3 different cereal choices, options for milk (Various fat percentages). My daughter especially enjoyed the juice machine and the different varieties of Juice.

Very clean, rooms are large and comfortable. Love having a fridge and microwave to use. Staff are all very pleasant and professional

I loved that there was a saltwater pool rather than chlorine, along with the state of how clean the hotel was while not smelling just like chemicals. Sharie at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Overall a great stay.

Great location off Hwy 31 near stores and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Comfortable beds and good use of space in room. We like the separate seating area in the room and the fridge, microwave and dishes available in kitchenette area.

Nice size room, may have been a suite because it had a full size refrigerator. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. We asked for a quiet room. -- the room we got was right by the elevator, but sound on our floor was not a problem.

Liked the room size and availability of mini-kitchen. Little extras like, Extra storage area, shelves for putting things and lots of counter top. "Mobil" table that can be rolled to a usable location and restored under the counter when done. Clean, fresh, and new looking. Great for multiple days stay and for stay with smaller kids.

We really enjoyed our stay great breakfast, a very roomy room, staff was great especially the maintenance man who help us get rid of some cold drafts, we would recommend this hotel.

Thought it was good. You need to move the waffle makers. It was a log jam every morning. Move it to its own station, away from the line for the rest of the food. A pancake maker would be nice.
